One Guarantee Teams Up with Focus

This month, One Guarantee is delighted to announce the launch of its brand new partnership with Focus, which will give brokers across the UK greater access to our range of building warranty products.

Focus is an established MGA with more than 20 years’ experience in the construction sector. Renowned for developing strong relationships with insurers, it is able to offer broker clients cover options for the most challenging of risks.

This new alliance allows Focus to offer its clients access to One Guarantee’s wide range of building warranties, which are underwritten by AA-rated insurers and widely accepted by UK mortgage lenders.

Each warranty protects against latent/inherent defects that may occur after practical completion, as required by UK mortgage lenders. All new home policies also benefit from cover under the Consumer Code for New Homes.
