• If you’re able to implement social distancing and are progressing on site, carry on as normal as safely as possible. We are here to handle all your queries in relation to structural warranties and are working closely with Insurers and surveyors to ensure the process continues to run as smoothly as possible. In some instances, virtual surveys may be carried out.
• If this outbreak has forced you to close sites and delay projects, we would like to assure you of the potential to use this time to prepare for works commencing. Whether it’s obtaining a quotation for budgetary purposes, formally accepting a quotation ready for when work starts, or discussing the details of the policy.
