One Broker Dream Team Complete Run Norwich 2018

Nine runners from One Broker completed an amazing physical and mental feat last weekend, smashing Run Norwich’s ten kilometre route. The team of runners from across the One Broker group, (including Gibbs Denley Insurance Services) completed the race to fundraise for One Broker’s Charity of the Year, Blood Bikes.

Runners, including Adam, Adele, Ashley, Danny, Gina, Linsey, Steph, Tom and Vince, made One Broker proud by volunteering for the run and finishing the route with flying colours. Snaking around Norwich City Centre, the Run Norwich circuit led runners past cheering crowds, including supporters from One Broker. Speaking of the event, Claims Technician, Gina Hunt, said "I wouldn’t say that it was easy getting round the course, especially at the half way mark and the incline up Rose Lane! But I had a great time and the atmosphere was amazing so I’m really glad I took part".

One Broker entered a team into the race in support of Blood Bikes, a charity which provides a free, volunteer- run blood transport service to the NHS. The money raised by One Broker’s Run Norwich efforts will be split equally between local organisations SERV Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and SERV Norfolk.
