Our policy limits, underwritten by AA-rated, UK based insurers have now increased to £45m any one continuous structure; applying to both Residential and Commercial Developments.

As a Registered Code User and supporter of the Consumer Code for New Homes, One Guarantee always strive to provide a first class offering to our clients. We like to think these limits prove our ongoing commitment to protecting investment within the UK Construction sector.

In addition to these enhanced limits, we can offer Loss of Rent, Loss of Profits, Machinery Inherent Defects and Building Control and associated ancillary services.
